Terms of use

Last updated: 13 October 2026

These terms apply to your use of BillMyWeek (billmyweek.com), run by Kriss Bailey trading as BillMyWeek ("we", "us"). By creating an account you agree to them.

1. The service

BillMyWeek helps you create, store, download and email invoices. It is provided free of charge "as is", and we may change, suspend or stop it. We'll try to give reasonable notice of major changes.

2. Your account

You must give accurate details, keep your password safe, and tell us if you think your account has been misused. You must be 18 or over and use the service for genuine business purposes.

3. Your content and responsibilities

You own the information you enter. You are responsible for the accuracy of your invoices, including amounts, VAT and tax treatment, and for having a lawful basis to store and email your clients' details. BillMyWeek doesn't give tax, legal or accounting advice.

4. Acceptable use

Don't use the service to send spam, fraudulent or misleading invoices, or anything unlawful. Don't try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the service. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

5. Availability and backups

We take daily backups but can't guarantee the service will always be available or error-free. Please keep your own copies of important invoices (you can export all your data at any time).

6. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law. Otherwise, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability is limited to £100.

7. Ending your use

You can delete your account at any time from the Account page. We may close accounts that have been inactive for a long time after giving notice by email.

8. Privacy

See our privacy policy.

9. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
